Prevent injuries and get rid of joint and tendon irritations

Active duty camps and long deployments will usually end up leaving most soldiers working through some type of joint and tendon overuse irritation. Achy knees, achy hips, shoulders and strained backs. All of you have been there. Born out of sheer necessity over years of working with athletes and soldiers, one of my main competencies has become to help you directly address your compromised tissues, strengthen their surrounding areas and keep you running for a very long time.

Longterm habit forming through customized individual approach

Some people, especially some of those serving in the armed forces have rough shedules or time constraints. I have a personally vested interested in you getting an optimal return on the time that you have available for your physical training and nutrition. Without an individualized approach any solution is only ever going to work short term.

Why work with the military?

When I first started out as an online coach working with the military seemed to be a natural development. Coming from a background in coaching performance athletics, while being responsive and flexible with my clients and their sometimes demanding shedules, happened to create a good level of synergy. I can definitely claim to be priviliged and grateful to get to work with the best clients in the world and could honestly not ask for a better job.

 

Are there any requirements to booking a consultation?

Not necessarily. All you have to do is fill out the application slides and book your desired timeslot.

What will we be done during a consultation?

During a consultation we will closely examine your current situation, habits and goals. We will identify possible causes of what may have led your previous attempts to progress and reach your goals, stall and stagnate. Possibly also provide value and context with suggestions or concrete planned out strategies to optimize your favored current approach.

 

Why do you offer your consultation for free?

Working with my clients one on one necessitates some synergy in a coach to client relationship. Naturally I am not going to be the perfect coach for every single individual out there who maybe requires some coaching in some kind of domain. Regardless, it is also in my own interest to get to know you and how I may be able to help you, or what you need on an individual basis if we both commit enough to take about 45minutes to an hour out of our day to talk to each other.

 

How much do you charge for your coaching service?

Coaching fees usually depend on the extent of the service provided to clients on an individual basis. Everyone has a unique daily structure and individual needs which is why I firmly believe in a 1on1 coaching approach for most cases. Only after I learn about your current individual situation, I will be able to judge what extent of service may be appropriate for you. However I do try to price my service in a range that is also affordable to younger less wealthy service members.

 

Are there any binding commitments or obligations to booking a consultation?

Absolutely not. At the end of the day it will be entirely up to you what to do with the information I provide to you on your own, or choosing to let me help you with some of your goals in the future.

About me

I started developing a passion for coaching and getting people better and stronger a very long time ago. More than a decade on I am very proud to be able to claim pretty much guaranteed results, granted you are willing to put in the work and trust in the process.

My sports background has enabled me over the past few years to develop an approach that lends itself very well to training military professionals. The main difference being, that whereas an athlete needs to be ready for a specific event in his sport, the soldier seeks to develop a baseline of physical readiness that he can draw upon year around no matter the circumstances. Whether it may be prolonged deployments, active duty training camps or extensive periods of drill, your baseline of physical preparedness should be high enough to get you through all of those. Working with my clients longterm through all of the aforementioned circumstances has enabled me to develop an approach that carries you through all of these scenarios, coming out on top at the end of the day.
